Services

  • Self-Confidence. Anxiety. Depression. Relationship Boundaries. Burnout. Family Stress. Work-Life Balance. Life Transitions. Identity. Perfectionism. Attachment Wounds. Motherhood.

Every person is unique and so is the way we heal. I take an integrative approach to individual therapy, drawing from a range of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Play Therapy, and Art Therapy Techniques.

Together, we'll find what fits you. Whether you're navigating anxiety, healing old wounds, or simply trying to feel more like yourself again, therapy is a space to slow down, get curious, and reconnect with your own voice.

  • Family Discord. Communication Breakdowns. Parent-Child Conflict. Attachment Wounds. Life Transitions.

Family relationships are some of the most meaningful (+ most complex) connections we hold. I offer two approaches depending on your needs.

For families looking for more structure, I offer a formal 12–16 week ABFT (Attachment-Based Family Therapy) program — spots are limited. For those who prefer a more fluid experience, I also offer general family therapy that weaves in ABFT elements at a gentler, more flexible pace. Both paths help families rebuild trust, deepen emotional connection, and develop healthier ways of relating to one another.

  • Just a click away. No traffic. No commute. No waiting room. Show up as you are.

The majority of my sessions are held virtually — get cozy at home and let your session come to you. No driving, no parking, no rushing. Just you, in your own little world of comfort, ready to do the work that matters.

Sessions are held through SimplePractice — a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform where everything lives in one place: your session link, scheduling, consent forms, payment, and treatment planning. Simple, private, and easy to use from anywhere in California.

  • Limited Availability + Location-Based

If you're based in the OC Coast or Long Beach area, I offer walking sessions as an alternative to the traditional office setting. Sessions are held near nature — think the Back Bay in Costa Mesa or along the beach in Newport. Walking therapy can be a powerful complement to talk therapy, especially for those who find movement helps them open up.

Availability is limited and may vary. If you're interested in doing all of your sessions as walking sessions, reach out to discuss scheduling based on current availability. Documentation, notes, and treatment planning are still handled through SimplePractice.

About Me

Hi, I'm Iza! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a background that might surprise you. Before becoming a clinician, I built a career in the fashion industry, working in New York City and Los Angeles after graduating from Kent State University with a degree in Fashion Merchandising. It was a world I loved — creative, fast-paced, and full of beauty. But when Covid arrived and the world slowed down, I found myself drawn to something a little different. I wanted to help people, in a real and meaningful way, so I enrolled in Antioch University's Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology program and discovered another calling.

These days, I get to honor both sides of myself. As a therapist, I show up to every session with warmth, curiosity, and genuine care, using a personalized, integrative approach so we can work together at a pace that feels right for you. Outside of the therapy room, I channel my creative energy into my own fine jewelry brand, and when I'm not designing, you'll find me practicing yoga, going on walks, or cooking for friends. I believe creativity and healing go hand in hand, and I bring both into everything I do.
